Retirement of David Slingerland

Dear Colleagues,

I wish to inform you that, after a long and productive career with the Public Service, David Slingerland will be retiring on May 13, 2011.

Although David's dedication and strong vision will be missed, his contributions over the past 35 years will continue to make a difference for years to come. Among his many contributions as a member of the Spectrum Management Operations Branch, David has been instrumental in training many of the Officers across the country in the field of spectrum monitoring; as well as, advancing it's function within the spectrum management program (In many other countries as well).

Please join me in congratulating David on his upcoming retirement and on 35 years of outstanding service.
