Two Marine Radio Stations on
your list have the wrong Call Sign. Goose Bay should be VFZ and Cartwright
should be VOK. From Cartwright we worked VFZ on 160khz point to point CW.
I worked at Goose for a month before going to Cartwright for 3 years
(1973-1976) then to VCS Halifax for the remainder of my 35 year career.
I was a shift supervisor for
about 30 years. I trained at the Radio School at 100 Dufferin Rd. in Ottawa.
