John Charles (Jack) Cain

I am a former Communication and Navaids Technician. I started at VSEW in Victoria about 1967 and stayed with Coast Guard until 1996 when I retired.

 

I was on one of the first CCGS Vancouver and saw the Stonetown at sea. The CCGS Quadra took over from us for the first time. I do remember some others but can’t remember all of the names except Bob Manning.

 

I also spent a few years on the west coast. At airports, the weatherships and flying to light stations. I still play with electronics and computers.
